Dr. Bailie treated me for a torn ACL due to ski accident. He analyzed it and although torn I appreciated that he advised I do physical therapy rather than surgery. He was most concerned for the quality of my life and what made the most sense for my lifestyle, not about getting me to do a surgery with him where he would profit. He also took care of our son and did shoulder surgery to repair his torn labrum. His explanation about the surgery was invaluable. He did a wonderful job on his shoulder.
