I’ve had both shoulders surgically repaired by Dr. Bailie in the past three years with excellent results. No more shoulder pain, and I’ve got full range of motion back. When I started my search for the best shoulder surgeon, I asked several docs who they’d see. Without hesitation, all recommended Dr. Bailie. His offices, although large and shared by other orthopedic surgeons, are well run with very little/no wait. Staff is very helpful. Not only is Dr. Bailie very knowledgeable and skilled, but also very personable. I’ve never felt rushed, and he’s always willing to explain in a way that’s understood. He also makes sure that as a patient, he also has expectations of you. Physical therapy following surgery is an integral part of recovery. The physical therapists I’ve used have all agreed that Dr. Bailie’s patients seem to have the best outcome (and I consider that the highest praise). I’m very thankful to have found him, and highly recommend him!
