Realizing how frustrating it is for a patient to have their appointment date/time arrive, only to sit in the office waiting for hours to see the physician, Dr. Bailie has implemented a strict late arrival, cancellation and no-show policy, in order to minimize one of the most signifiant factors causing these delays.
IN ORDER TO AVOID CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEES
* Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment if you need to complete forms or 5 minutes early if you have already completed forms
* Call 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment to tell us you are running late
* Cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This opens the schedule to accommodate other patients who may be on a waitlist for an available time. Failure to cancel your appointment within this time may result in a NO SHOW fee of $50.
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please notify our office via PHONE (480-264-6995) to inform us of your late arrival. Notification MUST be made at least 15 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a $25 LATE FEE. If you call, you will not be charged and we will make sure you are seen when we can fit you in between patients who have arrived on time. Rescheduling at late notice will be subject to $50 fee and treated as a NO SHOW.
If you arrive LATE, but within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, WITHOUT CALLING, we will work you into the schedule, knowing that the patients who arrive on time will have priority. You may be charged a LATE FEE OF $25, payable at the time of service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we MAY be able to accommodate you but you will incur a $50 NO SHOW fee, payable at time time of service. We will only be able to see you if it does not create a burden to other patients who have arrived on time. You may always reschedule but the no show fee will be assessed.
