Who Am I?

Dr. Bailie believes that there are several factors which are required in order to achieve his goal of excellence with every patient encounter from initial assessment through final follow up. To achieve this requires: first-rate intensive training to build a comprehensive Orthopedic foundation, intrinsic artistic surgical skills, contribution to the Orthopedic Community through research and education, thorough appraisal and incorporation of new technology, and offering sound advice and support through communication and commitment, allowing patients to make comfortable decisions regarding their own care.

Dr. Bailie graduated with high honors, earning a degree in Biology and Human Physiology from the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN, ANN ARBOR in 1986. He also served as Team Orthopedic Surgeon for Arizona State University Athletics, volunteered his time to numerous high school athletic team coverage, was elected by his peers to be Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea (now Honor Health).
